The HelpU application functions is to deal with mental conditions during the pandemic, so the authors trigger HelpU (Inner Health Support), which is a platform to support mild mental illness by optimizing mindfulness of ACT therapy, to help mild mental illness during the pandemic both preventive and cognitive with MSE assessment. The working system of this application is to carry out the MMSE (Mini mental state examination) test, which is a cognitive examination which is a routine part of the examination to establish a diagnosis of dementia, the MMSE test is carried out by filling in a number of questions, after which the user diagnosis results including mental disorders will appear. needs to be treated with ACT therapy which includes depression, post traumatic stress disorder and eating disorders.

COVID-19 is a global natural disaster that is expected to have a significant impact for the next decades. The Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO) revealed that this pandemic is a once-in-a-century health crisis, WHO also added that this virus is susceptible to infection in all people, even in areas where an outbreak had never occurred before. The Covid-19 pandemic has also had a major impact on various sectors of community life, including the social, education, economy and tourism sectors, which also underlie the Work From Home (WFH) policy and also the application of Social Distancing. In addition to having an impact on various sectors of life in the Covid-19 pandemic community, this also has an impact on the mental health of the community, this is evidenced by Reporting from Fox, a study was conducted by researchers from Keio University in Tokyo online on March 26-28 2020 and involved 8,475 employees, including temporary workers, ranging in age from 20 to 64 years, from the study stated that Work From Home (WFH) worsened their mental condition, 41.3% of whom admitted that it was difficult to separate their work and personal lives, a mental disorder that commonly experienced are anxiety disorders, mild depression, mood disorders and stress. The output that this application expects is that users can open up more, understand their interests, self-condition and also accept the conditions that occur in life, so that users have the potential to understand themselves and can find ways to relieve depression or stress they experience.
