Background : Education is the core of civilization, it should be. The energy that is the source of human activity in life is science and art. Therefore, these two aspects have an important role in supporting the progress of civilization. To achieve this, many ways can be done, one of which is through educational instruments. Its role is important in shaping the character of the generation of change and being brave in making movements. It is adaptive because it must be relevant over the times, and the important thing is that the school must be a facility for the interests and talents of students. The current education system, especially in developing countries, still imposes the will or standards set in the education system, Generalization. Generalizing all students slowly without realizing it can turn off the students themselves. Many human talents should develop more, but they continue to burden themselves with heavy tasks (Friedrich Nietzsche), this piece of an aphorism is the basis that students should be gifted human beings but are limited by heavy burdens or we can say here as such a non-conforming school system. With this system, the human brain will only produce logical fallacies. By a good system it is also hoped that students will have affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects, because a good system will certainly generate good interesting in learning as well. Method : • Research stage: 1. Information gathering based on the information obtained, educational problems in developing countries exist 3 main problems, namely: education standardization, educational capitalism, and educational alienation 2. It is a good choice for schools when choosing ACES to be its education system. Why? because in it we are oriented towards creating a generation who are truly superior in their fields, who have high social attitudes as well as students who can think critically and logically. Learning freedom is a high goal for ACES. The complete equivalence of each student accompanied by a spirit of skill and character will be one of the bridges to achieve the educational goals of developing countries. ACES aims to make schools in the world a place for adaptive, solution, and innovative development. ACES gives educators the freedom to use any media in learning because the true essence of gaining knowledge is freedom, right? ACES is packaged with the hope that schools can create a pleasant learning climate, so that ACES can produce the nation's golden generation that is superior, intact, and has good character.
