This research needs to be done because it can improve elementary students understanding of Covid-19. The game was made in Boyolali for 8 weeks. We conducted experiments, observations, interviews, and questionnaires on 40 elementary students. Result show that students understanding of Covid-19 has increased after playing CSL. Students have a better understanding of the material even prevention with a healthy lifestyle. In CSL game appear several characters and can be applied in everyday life, such as, honest, discipline, responsible. The responses of students, that students really like this game. Students also think that the CSL material is complete. This game invites student to think critically. Even the students agreed that the CSL game should be disseminated. So, it can be used as a medium that have high benefits.
CSL (Covid-19 Snake and Ladder): A STUDY ON THE UNDERSTANDING OF ELEMENTARY STUDENTS AGAINST COVID-19 THROUGH SNAKE AND LADDER GAME IN REALIZING HEALTHY LIFESTYLES
CSL is a snake and ladder game which contain Covid-19 material. Such as definition, causes, symptoms, diagnosis, complication, treatment, and prevention with a healthy lifestyle. In CSL game there are playboard, pawns, dice, snake cards, and ladder cards. The card contains statements and questions about Covid-19. And also appear several characters.
