Intelligent condensate irrigation system

Short Description:

We use a soil tester to monitor soil moisture in real-time. When it detects that the soil moisture is below a certain value, it sends back a signal to activate the pump to transfer the condensate and used for irrigation.

We are inspired by the about 850 litres of condensate produced from 16 air cnditioners daily in school.We reuse condensate to make condensate smart irrigation systems.To create it,we use an arduino motherboard as the main control and connect the various components with wires.We use acrylic panels and transparent silicone tubes to make waterproofing devices.We use a soil tester to monitor soil moisture in real time.That's the key to start the system.When it detects that the soil moisture is below a certain value and the amount of water in the reservoir is above a certain value, it will send back a signal to activate the pump to transfer the condensate from the water storage tank.Finally, the condensate is sprayed like mist on the plants for a more efficient use of the condensate. As an environmentally friendly product, our product is easy to use and can be promoted in Macau after being modularized. And in today's age of technological innovation, our system can be used to run stems courses. In summary, our product can not only be installed as eco-friendly product but also be promoted as educational product. That’s our introduction.
