The automatic mask disinfection machine which we make, the biggest feature is automation, it can be timing automatic, also it can 360-degree rotating the mask automatic, meanwhile, high power UVC ultraviolet is irradiating the mask, so it can achieve to the effect of disinfection. It is suitable for everyone to use, even there is an old man to use it. At the numeric display which is beside the button, it can display what time does the process left, the whole disinfection process waste 300 seconds (5 minutes), when it times up, it will stop automatically, the user can open the door and take out the mask. In the disinfection machine outdoor, we design the two button one is green and the other one was red. They mean open and close. We also use the sensor to detect the door which is opening if the door is opening, it will stop. At the top, we used servo motor to make the mask rotate 360 degrees. Principle of disinfection is also easy because the UV disinfection lamp can kill bacterial quickly. Behind and around the door attach a filter protection film to protect the user when the mask go to the front and back, it is holding around 1 minute to concentrate disinfection on the two most important sides of the mask.
